The "yellow vests"

Those known as "yellow vests" burst onto the scene planning to cut French roads this Saturday. 78% of the French are in favor of a protest that the right supports.

They are the last political sensation in France. They have neither a party behind, apparently, nor a union hierarchy or any other acronym. Not even a very elaborate name.

They are known as the "yellow vests" and have imposed themselves in all conversations of the Gallic country to the slips of Macron with the collaborator Petain or even to the gestures of the Trump's visit on the occasion of the 100 years of the First World War. This Saturday, November 17, the "yellow vests" who wear reflective vests with reflective tape will cut, or so they pretend, the roads of France.

The action is part of the protests that are scheduled for that day throughout the country and have as their object of anger the tax increase to the government fuel Macron. The cabinet has tried to justify it, in the words of the president, because "it is preferable to tax gasoline than work", although the Economy Minister Bruno Le Maier himself admitted that "we are all motorists".

The problem for the government is that, drivers or not, it has thrown against people. According to a survey commissioned by Le Figaro, 76% considered the rise in fuel negative and 78% in favor of the protests on November 17.

Given that with regard to this matter, the society is clear, the debate that has settled in France has to do on the one hand with the how, the way in which the yellow vests have broken into the scene without being apparently sponsored by any leader Social. We do not talk about anything like a reissue of the French 15M, but of a Facebook group. With just over 17,000 followers, the reference page, and where everything that can happen on Saturday is cooked is here.

"I am learning safety"

First-year students participated in the conference as part of the real-time “I Learn to Safety” education program at the Provincial Police Headquarters.

On Friday, October 26, the first class began on the topic of "Safety on the way to school." This is the first of five planned safety education fields. Police Marcie and Prevention Joanna discussed the principles of road safety with children. The meeting discussed road safety specifications. The two-handed student reminded the parents of the seat belt, and adults also discussed the principle of bicycle safety, caring for 10 years old, and having safe behavior in wearing helmets and reflective vests as well.

The child's joy is completed by a surprise prepared by the official - reflective vest with reflective tape for clothing. For the children, the course is very interesting, the children are very actively involved, and answering the questions raised indicates that they have a wealth of knowledge in the widely understood security field.

Remember! Reflecting is not only an obligation but also a clothing element that saves lives!

Experts want to change the law, what do they suggest?

These are the most common accidents. Vehicle and pedestrian crash. Experts from the BESIP and the police say that guilt - albeit inappropriate on both sides - is often the poor visibility of pedestrians. This is true not only in the morning darkness and evening darkness.

"The law, which applies to unlit areas of communications outside the community, requires pedestrians to wear reflective materials in these places. But it would have to be paid everywhere and our legislators would definitely have to deal with it, "Pave Arius, Regional Coordinator of BESIP, told a recent security action.

The police, along with him, during weekly activities throughout the country debated pedestrians at selected busy places, alerting them to the need to be "seen" and giving them safety reflective tapes.

"Every security element, in this case, reflective elements, we welcome. Pedestrians often underestimate this, and we also agree with the extension of the law. "said police spokesman Laure VaVa.

Pedestrians do not take precedence
But pedestrians are not only often "not seen". The mistake is also their passage of the road beyond the marked transitions, a very common mistake is also the completely mistaken awareness of the fact that people have absolute priority on transitions.

"The pedestrian must not enter the pedestrian crossing or on the road immediately before approaching the vehicle. The pedestrian must prefer the tram. "Martin of the press department of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic quotes from the relevant law.

The same law says the driver has the obligation to reduce speed or stop pedestrian crossing, speeding down or stops drivers of other vehicles traveling in the same direction. In addition, the driver must not endanger or restrict a pedestrian who passes on a pedestrian crossing or obviously is about to stop and stop the vehicle. Attention! This is not the case for tram drivers.

"So, in short, the driver must not endanger or restrict the pedestrian in a situation where he or she is obviously to go, not the tram driver. The pedestrian must not suddenly enter the road ahead of the passing vehicles and must prefer the tram. "the deputy of the Ministry of Transport specifies.

The Ministry of Transport adds that at present, the Working Group also deals with the law on wearing reflective vests. "However, there has not been a concrete introduction of the surface wear of reflective elements under certain conditions. Meanwhile, discussions are underway to solve the problem properly. "Farrar said.
