Naval, the romping ensured certainly, but safely.
It left for the 2017 carnival parades After Basse-Terre and Guava, groups will parade with wearing reflective clothing in Kanavos Limas Sainte-Rose on Saturday and Sunday. But the festivities should not forget safety. State Services reiterate that they are working closely with the municipalities and organizers to ensure safety during the demonstrations.

EXIT THE TWO-WHEEL
"Over 500 gendarmes and police officers will be deployed to secure the sites and surroundings of some 40 parades taking place this year," announces the prefecture. But because safety is everyone's business, the prefect calls everyone to follow instructions.
During the shows, it should give free traffic movement areas, observe the parking areas, do not leave anything in the car that could attract lusts, comply with instructions issued by the organizers and the police in safety vest.
Moreover, two-wheelers are not allowed in the parade, as well as the sale of alcohol on public streets. The use of timpani is recommended instead of glasses.

For more security on the road, it is most advisable for pedestrians to wear bright clothing to be seen at night or, better reflective vest and a lamp. And the prefecture insists; one who leads is the one who does not drink.
Finally, she reminded the usual rules of conduct: respect the speed limits, fasten seatbelts front and rear, and attach to the helmet for motorized two-wheelers, including passengers, and respect safety distances.
