Yellow vests crossed with gray stripes

Will one thing, perhaps, of the hideous standard, the obscene uniform of this anger of yellow vests (LL of November 19)?

And why as in the military a uniform? To gather under a vulgar acrylic banner in addition to gray reflective fabrics.

Under a vulgar surplice with disgusting hold and touch. At the implacable stall of deep symbols, it would be the devil to think about this foul flag. Before the rampant hatred of life and its glories of being, of us seizes. Yes, beware of the gray bands by Europe more and more who are crawling and lurking.

Pedestrians do not wear reflective elements

Many people do not realize that if they wear dark clothing without any reflective fabric, the drivers who are on the run have virtually no chance of seeing them in time. Police officers appealed to all pedestrians to underestimate the situation in non-illuminated places and carry obligatory reflective elements. They can save their lives.

Reduced visibility combined with higher speed may be a deadly combination for a reflex unmarked pedestrian. But some do not realize their vulnerability.

If pedestrian goes out of the village in low visibility on the roadside or on the edge of the road in a place which is not illuminated by public lighting, he shall be obliged to wear retro-reflective vests positioned so as to be visible to other road users' stands in the law on roads.

Law Rangers in the Moravian-Silesian Region have been focused on adhering to this important regulation over the past week.

"Outside the village and under reduced visibility, the police have checked nearly 200 pedestrians. Six of them did not have mandatory reflective elements. Three misdemeanors settled on the spot in the order, the other three reported to the local authorities, "said police spokesman Daniela.

However, no penalty or repeated warnings on pedestrians are "educational". They unnecessarily risk not only their lives but also their car drivers who are facing a fatal collision.

The use of reflective tapes or other elements increases the visibility of the people labeled as high as 200 meters.

Safe with the bike through the winter

Who is currently on the road with the bike on the road, goes on smooth terrain. In winter, almost every fourth bike accident happens on snow and ice.

Accidents in winter often happen because cyclists do not properly assess the weather and road conditions. The danger is especially great if the roads are not yet cleared or salted. Another danger is the snowdrifts on the roadside, say on the bike path.

In the case of icy surfaces, the braking distance is much longer and the bike may start to roll. The following Suva recommendations will help you get through the winter safer by bike.

Wear warm, weatherproof and reflective clothing, preferably with a light reflective vest with reflective tape, helmet, gloves, and good footwear.
Sufficient and functioning lighting. We recommend hub dynamo.
Mount winter tires for bicycles with spikes: Get advice from the bike dealer.
Allow enough time for the journey. Reduce the tempo.
Keep more distance to the other road users and drive ahead.
Brake carefully. Curves gently pass through, so that you do not need to be braked.
Keep enough distance to the roadside because of the snowdrifts.
For delicate passages. As black ice or snowdrifts, dismount and push the bike.

In case of heavy snowfall, we recommend that you leave your bike and go to work by public transport. This is safer than a fall and risking its consequences.
