Students of the youngest grades of primary schools returned to learning in the school desks. They are met by policemen dealing with activities in the field of social prevention, of course following the rules of sanitary safety.
According to the
Poviat Police Headquarters, a social prevention officer met children of grades
I - III in several primary schools in the Sztum. The officer talked with
children about road safety rules and safety during winter games.
The policeman
emphasized that when playing outdoors, choose safe places, away from busy
streets or intersections. He warned against sliding on frozen lakes and rivers.
Also, the officials discussed the dangers lurking on the road, encouraging at
the same time to wear reflective vest elements. He also encouraged the
participants of the meeting to take part in an art and film competition called
"Snow Decalogue".
At the end of the
meetings, the policeman handed out armbands and reflective vests to the
students.
